Is there any Bible-based alternative to litigation?
We know that the civil litigations before the Hon'ble Courts are sometimes inevitable way to resolve certain legal issues. But the Bible advises that Christians ( or anyone willing to accept the biblical way of our Terms irrespective religion as per the Romans 14:1) should seek at the start to settle their differences through bible-based conciliation or arbitration (vide: Matt. 18:15-17 and 1 Cor. 6:5). We call this faith-based process a “Christian arbitration or conciliation” as to the case.
Jesus Christ confirms in His famous Sermon on the Mount that "Peace-makers are children of God" and He instructs in Matthew 18: 15-17 how to handle the disputes among the brethren: At first, to negotiate and then to conciliate/mediate if the former fails. If both methods fail dispute can be arbitrated using the wise-men as Paul advises in 1 Corinthians 6:5. Christ reaffirms that if all these methods go in vain the matter can be taken to the Court. The said global methods out of the Court procedures using the bible as the Rule of Law as the alternative to the jurisdictional Court is called globally acclaimed professional alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services in a Christian way. This is in other words simply put as International Christian Arbitration / ADRS.
This process can be used and affirmed by Christians, non-Christians as well provided they consent to accept the the Bible as the Rule of Law for the ARD proceedings irrespective of their religions. The Arbitration and the conciliation decisions thus arrived at have been upheld by both the federal and state courts in the USA.
